Pre-k May Theme

"Little Red Wagon"

Preschoolers use wagons to carry important things with them. They pack it up and pull it around with them. There are faith skills that preschoolers need to have in their wagons for life! So this month, we will work on filling their wagons with these faith skills. We want them to pull around truths about God like: we can hear from God, we can talk to God, I can talk about God to others, and I can live for God. The bottom line for all of these truths is: God loves us.

Elementary May Theme

"Training Camp: Plan, Practice, Grow"

If you want to do well in something, you have to train for it. Sports, dance, music, and school work all require practice. The same goes for faith, to grow and mature in our relationship with God - we need to practice. This takes commitment: making a plan, and putting it into practice. Students this month will learn some faith skills that they can practice to help them grow in their faith. We will focus on hearing from God, praying to God, talking about God, and living for God.

Tithe and Offerings

Here at The Living Well Church, the Living Well Kids have their own Joy-Box. The box is where they put their tithes and offerings as a tool to practice financial stewardship. The money is given to a variety of beneficiaries throughout the year.

April and May Beneficiary

2024 VBS (Vacation Bible School)

We will donate the LWK financial gifts this month to our 2024 VBS fundraiser. Each year, a charity/mission is chosen to receive a monetary donation from what is raised by all the kids. The 2024 recipients will be the global and local missionaries we teach about in the “Missions Station”.

Prayer at The Living Well

PRAYER MATTERS! And you can join us! We gather in the Great Room every Sunday morning at 9:00am to pray for the Holy Spirit’s work in our gathering; and we meet every other Friday at 9:00am to pray for the life and health of our congregation. We don’t pass offering plates at The Living Well Church, but we do invite you to support God’s work here. Consider your blessings & offer those blessings back to God.
